These terms apply to use of the public Cached Minds website. They do not by themselves create a client engagement or replace a signed proposal, statement of work, or services agreement.

Project scope, fees, payment dates, intellectual property, acceptance, support, termination, and liability must be agreed separately in writing for each engagement.

Website content is provided for general information and may change. It is not legal, financial, security, or other professional advice, and it should not be relied on as a promise that a particular approach is suitable for your organisation.

Reasonable care is taken with published material, but the website is provided without a guarantee that every item is complete, current, or free from error.

A functional preview is a limited validation artefact. Unless a signed agreement expressly says otherwise, it is not production-hardened, security-assured, load-tested, supported, or approved for live users or sensitive data.

Security, scale, infrastructure, accessibility, observability, deployment, support, and other launch requirements are assessed and priced as part of an agreed paid production phase.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that creates unreasonable load, or use its content unlawfully.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Cached Minds does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Unless stated otherwise, the website's original text, design, and code are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may view and share links to the website, but may not republish substantial content or present it as your own without permission.

Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are governed only by the relevant signed project agreement and applicable third-party licences.
